I used Your Day Off to coordinate schedules and pick up relatives at the airport when they flew in my destination wedding a few years ago. Not only were my relatives treated really well, but they were all picked up on time and given water and snacks on the ride home. Since then I have used this service to get me to and from the airport for my business trips.
Recently I found out that the service includes Administrative Services, and I used, Your Day Off, to transcribe a 2 hour workshop I audio taped. Although some of the sound quality was challenging. Tony's staff was able to transcribe and send my transcription in a few days before deadline.
